Tenacious “d”

14.02.2000. (Valentine’s day):

Video in short : After almost 10 years of struggle, Dinamo fans celebrate the official return of the name “Dinamo” (In 1991 the club name was renamed to “HASK Gradjanski” and in 1993 the name was changed to “Croatia Zagreb“. Both of these were never accepted by Dinamo fans).

Why show you this? Well it’s a small bit of history but perhaps a great example of the kind of tenacity which has surrounded this club throughout its almost a century old existence.

Goal? With a series of serious (not really), potentially funny (not really), but probably evil and time consuming posts I’ll give my best to try and introduce to you this medley of pain & gain, magic & tragic I so fondly like to call: Dinamo.

So if your medicine consists of at least one of these ingredients: Blue color, passion, hate, cynic, Monty Python, Pro Evolution Soccer, beautiful women, beer, noise, controversy, dictatorship, poetic justice, Luka Modric, and an infinite number of random silly things which at this moment make no sense to you whatsoever, please, make yourself at home.

And with the risk of sounding silly & being cheesy and all, I’d like to bid you Welcome to Blue hell.
